A Special Treat

My colleague msned me late afternoon "Sis, boss would like to thank you for your hardwork for the past year and would like to treat you to a SPA."

I'm replied "huh, you must be kidding.." (although deep down in my heart, I did think that it'll be good to have a massage after the 10 days in Nepal and the flurry of events that had followed).

Well, apparently I'm one of the blessed few chosen to be part of the a spa event organised for some of our business partners.

So here we are at the Spa Botanica -- Top Ten Day Spas outside of UK. Wooh.

Oh well, still have to work and answer phone calls at the Resort.

Enjoying a healthy yet filling lunch.
You can choose to relax at the lounge.

Or walk around the lush surrounding.

No photos to show this, but I did change and frolicked around the pool, and went under the man-made waterfall.

This is a mud pool. Mud spa, anyone? This is mud galore!!

Relaxing around with a cuppa of herbal tea.

Would you like to do an outdoor spa among the nature?

Or enjoy the cool ambience indoor?

First you do a cold jacuzzi, then you go for a warm jacuzzi.

When you are done, you can bathe with a complete range of toiletries available.

When you're all washed and refreshed, you can choose from the whole array of beauty products from anti-ageing/wrinkles cream to eye serum.

And that's how I spent 6 good hours on a working weekday afternoon. Bliss!

Ecclesiastes 3:22
So I saw that there is nothing better for a man than to enjoy his work, because that is his lot.
