I had looked at 2 chairs and telling 2 business partners, "let's put the 3 chairs together."
I pointed at my business partner's bag and said "please pass me my bag".
Worse of all, I tripped over myself and landed on my knee early in the morning.
Thereafter, I didn't just tripped over myself once, but at least 3 other times!
Eventually someone asked me "Did you come out of the house with a screw loose today?" =P
So, now I'm nursing a big black bruise on my knee. Perhaps as a reminder of the coming Good Friday and Easter. That my Lord Jesus Christ was bruised for my sins so that I may be saved.
Isaiah 53:4-6 (New King James Version)
Surely He has borne our griefs
Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
