Daphee's such a nice person, I'm so glad to be able to be her personal friend today. And her gifts, tho simple, were all so apt! A card full of words of encouragements, a packet of sweets which I can share with others, the little Identity in Christ card which I've been trying to find, a pencil case which really will come in handy 1 weeks' time, and a bag which I could use anytime when I go out shopping!
Daphee wasn't my friend first. She was Hmay's super close friend. Apparently, i'm close to Hmay too. So what Hmay did was that she introduced Daphee to me. And now I feel so blessed getting to know someone so ewe-nique and special! That's usually the case, isn't it? My close friends too will more or less come to know each other cos I talk about them to each other. But what greater joy it is to have my close friends become close to each other as well so that we can all gather together and have great fun!
Dear friends, I have a very close Friend whom I would love to introduce you to. His name is Jesus. And the goodie bag which He has in store for you is so much more exciting. It's my prayer that you'll join me and all my other close friends in this special fellowship of knowing the One true God as your personal Lord and Saviour. And yes, He has heard me talked about you many times too and would like to be your friend. Would you be willing to be His friend?
