When you hear the truth and believe in Jesus Christ, that He has died on the cross for our sins so that we may attain eternal life, God seals you with the promised Holy Spirit. God the Father would deposit the Holy Spirit in you as a guarantee that you'll inherit the redemption of His eternal blessings. Anyone can receive these spiritual blessings. It's just a matter of whether you would want to accept the gift or not.
